Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot offer you a full refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It also has to be in its original packaging.
Several items are exempt from being returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines, for example, cannot be returned. In addition, we do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Only partial refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
Book with obvious signs of use
Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons other than our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Refunds that are late or missing:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be officially posted.
Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.

Items on sale:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not refundable.
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at the email address and send your item to the following address: physical address.
If you purchased the item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item has been received.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and notify them of your return.
Returns on Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are returning an item that is more expensive, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
